So it's a constant updating process. I always carry a printed calendar with me and even if I don't have with me I can pull up my calendar from anywhere on aol. It works for me. I have a large calender mounted on my wall with lots of big spaces around the dates to write stuff in. Simple, effective, won't get lost...and no batteries.
