Hi
Just finished uploading a bunch of new live demos of our duo. This shows a bit of the variety we are doing and will hopefully entice more clients
Everything is at 192 bps including the couple of songs that were there previously. This helped the sound quality a lot. There was some garbleing at 128 bits. I have done no sound editing. http://www.ScottLMusic.com/Chuck_Wheeler

hi scott. You know i always enjoy the music you present however if i am honest (and i am)i did'nt really think this was the best representation of what you do, certainly when compared to your previous posts.
You might want to re-record "you are the sunshine of my life " the opening bars when your lead singer sings "i just called to say i love you " is confusing and your singer sings off key and actually changes key several time sin just the first few bars without accompaniment. Thats not good and i know that it was not intentional.
also 'what you do for love' i am assuming was a midi file ? You may want to reconsider the drums that you are using and the bass guitar. The drums sound less than GMish and i had to double check your post as it was not the standrad that i had expected from the T2 in terms of tone. The drums sounded like they were being hit through paper. Maybe it was in the way this was recorded .In fact you might want to reprogramme the bass altogether as its not difficult but in its current state is very mechanical and lifeless. I havent listened to the rest but when i have time i will give them a listen. I hope you are not offended by my comments. they are not intended to offend honestly. Its just that i dont think they are the best adverts for your skills and talent.
Scott doesnt need defending. It was constructive critiscism and hopefully feedback that he can actually benefit from. At the end of the day the demos are on his site for people to listen to. I listened to them and felt he might want to make some adjustments to advertise himself in a better light thats all.
Well now that Simon Cowell has passed judgement, I listened to a few songs and there are very nice and both of you do a great job. I sure whatever little hicups that we find they will go un-noticed by the public.
Happy New Year............

DNJ . no i dont have a website. I dont sell or promote myself as a pro musician although i do play every week publically. I will be posting up a you tube clip of some work my choir did over the Christmas period shortly.
I dont know what the simon Cowells reference is for. I gave genuine constructive critiscism. Maybe you didnt recognise it as such but i am certain Scott will and i am certain he wont have a problem with the feedback i gave. He is a pro thats why he has the confidence to put his music out there. I still havent had a chance to listen to the rest as i clicked on the few i mentioned randomly but i will. Scott if you dont want me to comment any further on your work i am cool with that.
I love Choirs.....when I worked in new York City I had the pleasure of listening to the Harlem Boyz Choir OMG they are so good. Hope to hear yours soon. http://www.boyschoirofharlem.org/

Now that I have a moment, I'd like to thank everyone for their input which I will be considering in fine tuning everything as I go.
I would like to say though, that for those that gave constructive criticism that they post examples, not necessarily of themselves, but of something they think is representative of what they were saying.
Scott no one is gonna show you squat... you know the story here everyone loves to critique but they will never post a song...everyone is an expert .....just keep making music, have fun & enjoy...or you'll get in a pissin' contest with the Mr know it alls...
