I think it rather depends on what the sample does before a 'faking' consideration can be made... But the main point is that, if this is a demo for a dealer of the T3 (or Yamaha France, whatever), when voices are used that are NOT in a stock T3, that at least should be acknowledged.

And a sample can be anything from a single velocity hit of a percussion instrument (one of many), all the way up to the entire backing of a piece of music performed by real players. So it can range from not faking at all, all the way up to full blown karaoke. It all depends on how you use it.

Easy on Mac.

In Safari, go to Window --> Activity --> find the only file listed whose size is in MB. Double-click that to download.

Yep. Navigate your favorite browser to the following URL:

Enter the URL for the video and click on Download. You can also convert the format and have them email you the new file.

I use free RealPlayer to watch and download. Everytime a video appears it askes if I would like to download. No conversions -happens automatically. You just have to set it up in tools and preferences.

I use Replay Media Catcher using FIREFOX and can capture most streaming media.
