JUST KIDDING DONNY!!!
What ever happened to the principled regime of the South Beach Diet?? Did all the people on this forum using it fall off the wagon?
Just asking...
It's ALL intake fellas.
And in reality it's more than just doing a diet. It needs to be a "lifestyle" change, NOT just doing a particular "diet" per se. That said, if a particular and well rounded and sensible diet motivates you to lose weight, go for it. Consult your Doctor though before you begin a particular diet regime. But in the end it is a lifestyle change in eating habits that ultimately wins the battle in the end and for the long haul. That and exercise.
PS: I am not speaking this from on a proverbial high horse either but from the trenches and from my own personal experience. Just passing it along for your edification and enrichment.
All the best, Mike
And all in "jest" Donny.
It's not like the information is a hidden secret, right?
It's simply common sense and common knowledge incorporated into one's life for a common goal i.e. the maintenance of a healthy body mass index. In other words, a healthy weight for your personal body frame.
