Presenty When I compose a midi sequence using Cakewalk, if I want to utilise the RPS facility the song needs to be saved onto floppy as a midi (type 1) file, loaded into the XP sequencer and then copied from the specific channel in the track to a Pattern that I then assign to a trigger key on the keyboard. The results are great but it could be a lot easier to achieve.

Is there an easy way folks???

Can anyone help me real the goal fast as Steffen Inverson?

Also does anyone know a way to edit SQV files on the PC?

Thanks to all who respond

Well I found a way of simplifying the process somewhat in this last couple of days. I learnt how to sync my pc to the XP60 and then just select Seq & Pattern mode and record and the midifile I've got loaded in cakewalk then get's started while the XP60 records..

Top Bananas to the extreme and beyond in all fairness!

Also in response, David Green at www.lilchips.com sent this useful utilities link to me. Thanks mate!
