I was a Roland guy, but crap like this is, (plus the fact the TRITON sounds so good), why I went to KORG. Roland is a kiddie company.

And too think, I will be picking up the MOSS option for my TRITON, and the SCSI drive...how nice indeed!

There is also an XV-88 keyboard version of the above modules. They told me that its price is about 2900 $. Is XV-88 as good as other sample-players, is it a synth (!) or it seems to me toooooo expensive...
Anyone tried these new Roland toys please post us a reply

Well I suppose that Roland have to give Korg a bit of a 'kick in the pant's since their release of the Triton and all the buzz associated with that machine!

I will most definetly be interested in checking out the new Roland stuff, but for me right now, I would simply love the Aussie price of the JV2080 to drop dramatically so I could pick one up 'dirt cheap' now that it will be 'old news' (out of date). Anyone with futher info regarding the Roland Modules and Keyboard please let us know. Thanks in advance.

KORG sound is good. I use 03R/W and TR-Rack. but Roland sound is good too, I think.
