A few suggestions:

You should remove on of the phone numbers at the bottom of the home page-you don't need two...

I'd also drop the opening flash intro...Its rather generic, doesn't show you off in any way, its more of a programming dazzle, that's not that dazzling...

Point your url straight at your actual homepage, that's not a bad first impression at all.

Good luck!

Thanks folks for the input. Bill, I agree about the flash intro. I was going to add music to it but really it is not what I thought it would look like.

Hi Dean

Good representation of what you do and what you are targeting.

Nice looking site. What program did you use?

Oh yeah, about the Flash Intro, I believe (not sure) it negates your chances of being found and listed easily in a Google search as Google "sees" a "normal" text/web page easier than it "sees" Flash - or at least gives priority to normal text information.

(I'm no expert on this, but I believe the guts of what I'm saying is true)

OTOH, you may not care about google searches so much as you might be working through word of mouth - pointing interested parties to your site yourself.

I'm not sure about putting music on the page itself - it seems a little amateurish to some, but it's up to you.

Hope the site gets you some good work - Good luck!

Hi Scott,
Thanks for the kind words. Actually I started setting the website up with the tools supplied by 1&1. You can google them. But, my son-in-laws father designs websites and he got to laughing at me trying to get the site ready. He did the whole thing in about 20 minutes with a program called Dreamweaver. It has tons of professional tools that really makes it easy to do websites. All I had to do was provide him with the various elements. The problem is that the program is rather expensive.

Excellent site, Hammer...simple, but very effective.

No, I don't Donny...I've never really needed one, I'm actually turning down work these past few months.

Word of mouth and getting contacts at gigs seems to work best around here.
