I think a lot of members noticed, but because of the desire to avoid a potential controversy, decided not to say anything. Whenever there is a conflict between an old member and a newbie calling attention to himself, I'll trust the old member every time.

(e.g. finger timing)

Thank you but I cannot say anything, that I recorded every instrument of this song in my cakewalk and in my pegasus! I didnīt use any midifile, I unfortunaly have to say this again!

But I respect your statement.

Iīm very dissapointed that you think Iīm fooling the people! Thatīs not right! Is that so, my other creations are all a copy of a midi file however it was.....

"Your" words are not very friendly!

But at least, I had a many conflicts about this song (what makes me a little bit tired)and I will delet this video in youtube!

I donīt want to fool someone, thatīs not my finish! I only want to give people my love and fun for the music!

Thank you for your statement!

Best regards Robert!

Sorry, kla4, but finger timing gets all messed up in Youtube videos (audio is rarely ever in good sync). You'll also notice it is a two camera shot, or more accurately, a one camera shot, shot twice It is likely that one of the 'takes' was miming over the original track (actually, as he said that he had assembled this in Cakewalk, possibly both takes were mimed).

Plus, I've got that Roland file, and while there are a lot of similarities, there's a few significant differences. Just listen to the fill at 1:40. Thing is, either BOTH MIDI files copied Celine's version pretty faithfully, or if he used the Roland file, he certainly edited the bejeezus out of it!

Either way, it sounds great...

Don't take it down Robert...

It is just that, on occasion, we HAVE had members here try to pass off commercial MIDI files as their own work, so you can maybe understand where some of the comments are coming from.

So, just to clear the record up, you ARE stating that EVERYTHING in this track is your own creation, it isn't you playing the lead and chords (as we can see from the video) over a backing track that you found on the 'net?

If so, that's a real good job you have done here... and if you are using a web track for backing, it is STILL a good job voicing it for the Pegasus and good playing on the lead

Thank you diki!

I want to tell you, how I made the song:

At first I listen to the original(I think thatīs clear ;-))

After that, I learned the accords and the melody for playing (only by ear without notes!)

I recorded the melody (singing part) in cakewalk. After that a recorded every instrument in the song to cakewalk. I did that, because of hearing the song again again again again again, a.s.o.

After that, I "pushed up" the instruments in cakewalk (itīs clear, that the pegasus canīt sound like the video is showing) with some effects. I wanted, that the song is like the original.

For the video, I recorded 3 o 5 videos in different positions. One for the pan flute at the beginning, one for the organ sound /singing part, and so on...

Itīs possible, that there are some asyncron videos in the song, please forgive me, because I recorded the video by live playing for 10-20 times again again and again, because I made a lot of mistakes by playing.
It could be, that there is some of the "silly" video in the final cut video!

Well, in the video, cakewalk is running in the back and plays the background of this song, what I saved in.

For the video, I played the parts (pan flute, singing melody) live! and pushed them up with effects in cakewalk later.

With my left hand, I only touched the accords of the song (thatīs right!!) (special for the video - I think it seems to be better, because this song only with the right hand? ughhh - I wouldīnt take it in youtube only with one hand!

In the end, I took the audio and the video record together in Corel VideoStudio 12.

Well, I hope that I could explain my project to you a little bit! (in my worsest english I have ever written!!!)

I thank you very much for your interest for reading my statement!

The video is down from youtube, now

Best regards robert!
