When I download a patch from s site, I got a SYX file, what is this?
how do I use it with my XP- 60 ?

It's a MIDI system exclusive file.
You'll need some program that can read this file, and allow it to be transmitted to your XP.
I know emagic's SoundDiver editor/libranian software cna read .syx files.
Not sure about any others.

try to find sysexD-50 on a searchengine, it's shareware, and manages your patches quite nicely.

The SYX-file is a MIDI-sysex-file. To read this with the XP, you need to convert it to a .mid-file.. Check out Geir Kilsti's page at:
http://home.sol.no/~gkilsti/sjv_sw.html

What you need is the "sysx2mid"-tool. This does the job, I have used it myself...
