I read on your post that said that you would love to hear what keyboards can really do and once more youre right on. Robert has done a beautiful job as much as I am enjoying my new Tyros 3 it would not take too much to jump over to Wersi.

Having said that what price range does the Pegasis fall in?

Great job Robert, John C.

Hi Bruno
The Pegasus Robert is playing comes from the 90s, and is no longer in production. (It comes from the previous Wersi Generation)

A new keyboard called the Pegasus Wing has recently been released by Wersi, http://www.wersi.net/ and comes in at 3990. (Average price of T3 in Europe is 3600 with the new Audya at 4190)

Hope this helps

Bill

At first, Im very impressed about your lovely welcome greetings! Thank you very very much!

Yes thats right. My Pegasus is an older generation of Wersi. There was a little conflict between some people......;-)

Well, I played by the Pegasus Wing, too. Im not very impressed about it. The sounds of this keyboard are very very thready. I would like to say, thats a good painted abacus.

When I have to give a voting between my pegasus and the pegasus wing, I would take my version again. I think the sound is better than the pegasus wing.

In the one hand, I like the software pack (windows xp, cubase, cd burner, etc.) but in the other hand, I miss the good sound of my pegasus!

As follows, I have a question: What do you mean with "September eJam or to post other music of your own choosing"? Could you please imagine, what the september ejam is?

Best regards und vielen Dank an Euch!

Robert!

Thank you very much for your lovely words!

I think, the tyros 3 is a very very beautiful instrument. I played by this, too (for 2 weeks ago!). Yamaha made a very jump the last 4 Years ago. The performance is very very good. The next keyboard will be the motif x6, thats my favourit at the moment!

Best regards, robert!

Hi Robert,
I too, was impressed by the sound of your Wersi Pegasus. I had hoped that Wersi's new Wing would have been a new leader of the field and the specifications certainly look encouraging but, I'm surprised and disappointed to hear that it cannot match the older models soundwise - I should say that your judgement carries weight, coming from someone who is already well acquainted with Wersi instruments. Such a shame as Wersi could probably have made a few more converts with this machine. The fact that Wersi's have always been easily upgradeable offers hope though, bearing in mind that some of the other manufacturers don't seem to be making much of an effort recently (Ketron with the never to be finished Audya - Roland with no replacement for the G70 & E80). We really do need some one to come up with a new board which will set the world on fire (especially after the demise of Technics).
Best wishes,
Tony

Oh Im very pleased about your words.

Well, youre right with your opinion about wersi - the company isnt so, how it was in the 80s or 90s and dont forget the golden 70s with Klaus Wunderlich and Franz Lambert!

I wouldnt say, that I know everything about wersi, but a little bit ;-)

My first wersi keyboard, was a city fox. That was a great instrument. After that, I bought me the pegasus and upraded him to a white Pegasus 2.

I grew up with wersi, because my father had some wersi instruments (for example a wersi wega).

Unfortunaly, Im very very disappointed about the sound and the support of wersi in these days. They will loose their famous reputation when they wont lift off the good kompetitors like yamaha or korg, with a new hot instrument! Thats my opinion.

They also lost a many clients because of the bad support and the big problems with the system errors (windows xp, etc.).

Franz Lambert, Mark Whale, Claudia Hirschfeld and the great Brett Wales cant help the company, when therere these conflicts, unfortunaly!

I want to apology for my very terrible english and my written mistakes ;-)!

Thank you for reading!

Hi Robert,
Just been watching a few of your songs on You Tube. Enjoyed them very much - your Pegasus sounds great. We also have the same taste in music as "House of the Rising Sun" is one of my favourites too.
Really enjoyed your "Magic Moments" - I was expecting this to be Perry Como's song and didn't realise it was your own composition - very melodic and relaxing and the backing style was perfectly matched to the song. The good old foot tapping Rock & Roll was a complete change from your other work and shows that the Pegasus can handle all styles of music. Nice listening to you!
Best wishes,
Tony

Oh Tony, i cannot explain my fellings in words, for your friendly setences! ;-)

Well, Im glad, that you like my music!
The House of the raising sun is only an example for a demand of the organ sounds.

Some people in youtube asked me, to make a little demonstration for that. I have to say, that Im not a very good organ player ;-)!

Thank you very much!

Best regards!

Robert!! ;-)
