With new Roland prelude you can use the center cancel feature and make your own backing track easily.the Center Cancel transforms your favorite pre-recorded songs into “minus one” type sing-along tracks

And then buy the sheet music and learn to play it also. It's always better to be the player and not just the singer - that's a little too karkaoke for me. Once you know the song, you might be able to make a style from the track and then you can do it on your own.

do you know someone with a prelude now? indeed an mp3 with voice canceling would do...

actually this is not for me, but a friend who need this song's midi file. i will check with these links. so far, no luck where i've been looking.

diki, i suppose that was a joke. i almost forgot your unique style. no need to mime anything, as this is not for karaoke, as far as i know. this is not for me personally anyway, but i understood either midi or soundtrack would do for my friend. i suppose they want to learn the instruments' play.
