Ray, not sure you've really stated how comfortable you are with arranger keyboards and what your past experience has been. I say take the shot and buy the set. I did and I certainly picked up pointers despite my having used arrangers for a few years prior to buying the set. Just keep in mind it's not a miracle drug so to speak, either.
