I have Bose L1 Classic, probably will use Audya at gig, instead of Yamaha s900. What preset or other tips for how to get decent sound? I have only used it with acoustic guitar and it worked well. I read up on gain staging.

I used to use either 58, 50 or just 00 depending on the room.

58 is only available if you ,load the presets version 3. On version 2 it was left out by mistake and so 58 on version 2 is just flat same as 00.

After trying several settings...I took a cue from DonM and set mine to 00 making all the adjustments in the keyboard. For most jobs I use a mixer w/ effects and will tweak the mixer to suit the room.

What setting(s) did you use with the acoustic guitar?

I used 49 for acoustic guitar. Depends on which guitar but that worked for my Taylor.

00, 05, 55 and 58 all work well, but like Eddie, when I have the occasion to use the L1 Standard, I use 00 and make the adjustments on the PSR-3000 mixing console in the global EQ section.

I would recommend '58' for any Ketron products if you also have 1 or 2 bass bins.
