Wouldn't a VoiceLive 2 do what a Antares AutoTune AVP-1 can do plus harmonies?

For 'tweaking' vocals in the studio, how does the Antares AVP-1 Vocal Producer rack unit compare with the software: Roland V-Vocal , of which comes INCLUDED with Cakewalk Sonar ?
