Hello Everyone. New member here. I've been using my XP50 since 1996. For that i've got the vintage board, hip hop, drums & bass & house...Also have a Yamaha 01v digital desk, Akai cd3000xL + lots of software etc. and been using Cubase or 10 years.

I write underground house, chillout. All my own designed patches & have 100's of banks I want to set free.

I'm searching for syx to mid conversion software (free) download so I can save onto floppy & keep my beauty's little black slot happy!

So if anyone can please help me with the software or a link please get in touch.

Many Thanks

Vicky

Sure does, Ken! I got my first synth, an Ensoniq SD1, 5 years ago at age 42, and added a Roland JV1080 a little over a year ago. I've been playing in the praise & worship band at church for 3 years now and am having a blast. Never too old to rock and roll!

I have an XP-50 connected to Cubase VST/32
on my computer. I'm new to both items, so
I'll no doubt be asking many questions. Your
patience will be appreciated. I also have a Casio LK-30 and a Yamaha 12-string guitar.

I recently bought a used Roland XP-80 in great condition. I love it, and I really want the hip hop upgrade and maybe some others.

Big time newby here.

I'm awaiting delivery of my xp-60 with hip hop, techno, and vintage cards.

Had an a-70 a while back but sold it. Wish I hadn't!

I'm not a keys player but have played guitar for about 24 years. The list of that equipment is extensive but, I won't bore you.

Just looking to learn how to compose on a keyboard in my home "studio"

I'm sure you'll see my questions posted in the future.

What's Up!
I love my Roland JV-1010!
I'll probably love it even more once I figure out how to use it! It's not doing what i want it to do. I'm not sure if it's me or the module. If anyone can help, let me know!
But anyway...
I'm using my Roland JV-1010 connected to my Hart's Dynamic Roland TD-6 Acupad electronic drumset connected to my Midiman Keystation controller, all connected to my Mac using Cubase VST 5.1.
