These days, one does not need a TOTL arranger to perform, a marked difference from only a few years ago, when only the top-range models had the goods necessary for a pro performance. But, it is Fran's thread, and it's best to conform to the standards he feels are important (not necessarily everyone's) and I'm sure there is a reason why he set it up this way. Ian
