While discussing sales of manufacturers on another thread..I thought it would be interesting to see a "head count" of owners that have a Tyros 3....Korg PAx2...Roland G70 , E80...Ketron Audya ...and Technics KN7000.....Maybe the count here on SZ will give us a cross index in the real world too..

I will start with a head count....

I've got an Audya that I've been keeping in the wings as a reserve. I'm waiting for the second part of OS V4.0. My main ax currently is the Korg PA2x pro.

I sold my Yamaha PSR-S900 awhile back because I was considering getting a Tyros 3. Since then, the Liontracs Red Groove X7 has caught my attention. Great concept.

There are more Ford F150 pickups out there than any other car in the world (according to Top Gear, anyway). Does that make it the best car in the world?

Sales numbers are no indication of what is best. Just what SELLS best.

Lamborghini sell only a few cars, Ford sells MILLIONS. Guess that makes a Ford better than a Lambo, doesn't it?!

BTW, does ANYONE think that this forum's members are indicative of the 'real world'?

I used the word "maybe"...BTW: where is your head count?

I also was qualifying the selections as the last top of the line models...to be consistently fair..

You have to ASK what my head count is?

Why don't we get hat size too? I'm sure we could draw some kind of conclusion from that as well. Or height, hair color (or lack thereof!), shoe size, waistline...

Wouldn't it be a gas to find out that Yamaha's are mostly bought by slim, tall redheads! And Roland's by short blond trolls...
