There are a few airlines which charge $50 per side (Jetblue for example), so I try to stick with them. I just figured I'd give myself more flexibility with a smaller keyboard.

Anyway, shipping should cost about $40-50 a way. Don't go to a shipping store, they do mark it up a lot. Print your own Fed-Ex Ground labels online ((sign up for a free fedex account) and havd the box to a driver (they're all over K... Avenue anyway.
Yes, if you find an airline that'll work with you consistantly at a reasonabe fee (~$50) that's golden!
