Thanx for the nice demos ...but if I'm being honest I dont hear much difference then my old Ketron SD1+...the drums are to "open" and "overbearing" for my taste,and now as predicted this confirms it, all the fluff, drum solos, etc, doesn't matter to me as I don't use intros/endings too much...it's too repetitive, like to play my own...Roland had the best idea on my G70 to add a 4th intro/ending that you can custom play it "your way"......I'm glad I play a Yamaha arranger, I just like the sound & styles much better overall for my needs....hoping for September 17th to hear the T4 also.
Good luck with your Audya make some great music it just isn't my cup of tea.

Very nice demo, I really do love the Bossa style and the drums are excellent and very lifelike in practically every snippet.

Would it be possible if you could do another one when you have time? I'd love to hear more of the Audya.

they are nice demos nielshs. So long as yo are having fun and making music with your audya thats really all that matters. i am not blown away by what i heard but certainly the drums are really good . Thanks for posting up some of the style. Please post some more if you can. I have really enjoyed your previous work on the G70 some years back and look forward to hearing more :-)

Great audio quality recordings Niels.
Long time ago I used to play the SD1 and I think there still is a tiny time delay (gap beat-wise) while switching from/to intro's, variations and endings.
The best one (to detect it) is the Bossa.

This 'feature' was already in the Solton X1, the Ketron SD1...... and STILL in Audya!! (unbelievable)

I've demonstrated X1 & SD1 for thousands of people and not once heard a complaint of a delay. Listen to songs on my website and tell me there is a delay. Nothing.

Listen at the demo in this thread... you cannot miss them. Many people do not notice, but I (and others) do.... sorry for that.

Roel....Could it be an issue with the keyboards Timing Clock and the way it detects chord changes somehow?

Cup of tea or not. I have started to make some registrations for my dinner set and after some sound and style tweaking and again comparing with my T3 dinner set, there is no doubt that the Audya is the winner. The T3 sounds thin and muddy and the Audya clear and full.

Huh? ..... who mentioned the T3? (I sold mine)
