All this is an old known issue with keyboards. As I mentioned Roland have fixed this issue in the Fantom G. So it can be fixed, but it's not a bug.

Leezone,
If I may give some advice :
a. Tell the Audya owners what voice you start with.
b. Also tell them what part of the keyboard your are talking about (left or right)
c. Tell them what voice you switch to.

A little explaination :
FX is NOT a basic part of a voice, but is added 'afterwards' and has not a direct relation to the key-trigger. Therefore in many/the most instruments FX's do change immediately as a new voice is selected.

All these problems can be avoided with sufficient seperate FX-es onboard. For example :
try to program FX1 for voice #1 and FX2 for the next voice you choose...

Sure, nobody likes this behaviour but as Niels stated most kb's do have this 'feature'.

Method #2 to avoid it : Release the (right-hand) keys while changing voices.

And.... please relax

i am relaxed, just pointing out BUGS, which i will adress to ketron.it

i really doubt my G-70 is like this,
but maybe i'm wrong

it does not matter what sound you choose,
or what sound you switch to
and yes, the right hand (solo) is what i'm talking about

not to beat the dead horse but,
when you switch to a new sound (while holding down)
you get new FX kicking in,
VERY noticeable to those that can hear well.

My Tyros 3 and G-70 have the same issue. So I never hold down keys in the right hand the same time I switch to an other sound.

Also in my view it's not a BUG and yes Yammies show the same behaviour if you change between voices that use the same FX-unit..... every kb will!

ok, then maybe it's ME being picky as hell

would be nice if FX did not change, until notes were retriggered,
i'm sure it's possible via software updates

Yeah, my Tyros 2 does pretty much what you describe.

Maybe not an issue with Korgs and Rolands?
