Genny, you're so cute...a little Sweetie.

I hope you make somone very happy someday.

I actually have had many great (and civil) discussions with Diki, both on SZ and in private messages, certainly better than the ones I have ever had with you, because, unlike you, he has a working brain.

Now, go take a long walk on a very short pier.

You are way out of your league, and I'm getting bored with your silly comments, so find someone else to be goofy with...please.

I find the demos very good.
I think the ones currently playing Yamaha for their reasons should be very excited about the instrument!

Since it is pretty much the same price as T3..it's a no brainer for those having older Yammies and wanting to upgrade now.

Tom NL etc. for those playng Roland, Korg etc...not so much. It is still a Tyros which is a PSR. It still has the same OS, and features. For those that bought other than Yamaha for their reasons...I personally don't think it is any reason to change to Yamaha.

Same functions....some new and great sounds..and some great styles...but it is not a PA2XPRO or a G70. I kow the Yamaha players may see that as a good thing...we do not. After all Yamaha does have a lot to offer...so why did we go another direction?

The only reason I would switch is if I re-evaluated and decided to be satidfied with the Yamaha way of doing things. Have not ruled that out But I would be giving up a lot to get the new sounds & styles and after a while I might be sorry??

So, I move slowly...I will need to play one for 3 weeks to decide if I want to completely change my direction. I will be fair and give it a go.

Well said, Lee...I feel the same way and I have a Yamaha.

The proof is in the playing, and how the instrument fits for your style of playing, and how the OS works for your needs.

I, too, am waiting until I have quite a few hours on the Tyros4 before I make my decision.

The wonderful third party support and great user forums are what add a hidden value to having a Yamaha.

I'm a great fan of the PSR-S910...it's a wonderfully playable instrument, and I'm quite happy with it, and it would take a lot to make me change.

So far, what I've heard and read about the Tyros4, is slowly convincing me...I didn't feel that way about the Tyros3, but the T4 seems to be a substantial upgrade on an already excellent instrument, so it may be what fits my needs, which is mainly recording and doing little video soundtrack backgrounds for some friends.

My only wish so far, is that it had a good set of built in monitors...but, that's just my little want, and not a deal breaker.

Good luck, and I'll be interested to know how you feel about it after testing; you might have yours before I get mine, and I know you'll give it a thorough and detailed evaluation.

Don’t do that. Why do you always have to go so low. Don’t you have any class?
Iana I was just trying to save you from self-destructing.
But it seems as if you are so caught up with your self and harassing Diki that not even I could help you.
If I were Diki, I would demand a public apology from you.
But I will try one more time to bring you back to meaningful and serious discussion (although you will probably play the class clown again).
Those Yamaha sounds and styles are great. Does any one know how would the MP3 recording work on the T4?

Look pal, if you were Diki, he'd demand a public apology from you.

This is an excellent time for you to become a missing person.
