I love it!

The top rack is constructed from two lengths of 1-inch box aluminum measuring 48-inches long. I purchased them from Home Depot. I also purchased 4, stainless-steel, detent pins from Home Depot as well. The pins have a pull ring at one end, and a tiny, spring-loaded bearing at the insertion end and measure 1-1/2 inches ling and 1/4-inch in diameter.

At each end of the box aluminum strips I cut a 1-inch slot that fits perfectly over the upright arms of the Rock & Roller. The upright arms of the Rock & Roller are made of 3/4-inch, box steel. After cutting all 4 slots, I measured the height of my Bose Compact base unit, added approximately 4 inches to the measurement, and using duct tape, taped the box aluminum to the Rock & Roller. Then, using a 1/4-inch drill, I drilled a hole through the box aluminum bar(s), and through the Rock & Rolle handle(s) until the drill came out the opposite side. This allowed me to insert the 1/4-inch detent pins through the holds and the spring loaded bearing held them firmly in place. To prevent the pins from being lost, I drilled a tiny hole in the box aluminum bars a couple inches from the end, inserted a 6-inch length of nylon-coated, stainless-steel wire and anchored it in place with a dab or hot-melt glue. The other end was then wrapped in the detent pin's pull ring(s). This keeps them attached to the box aluminum bars all the time, thereby eliminating the possibility of loosing them.

I'm off for the next four days and hopefully, will go sailing. When I get back to work on Saturday, I will shoot some photos of the fully loaded Rock & Roller from several angles so everyone can see just how easy this system is to set up and how much the R&R can hold.

The G70 may be a beast but it still beats hauling around an organ and Leslie. What is the weight difference between TOTL Korg, Ketron, Yamaha and G70?

I had one identical to that and purchased it at BJ's Wholesale Club a few years ago. It's made of welded steel, really heavy and much too short for music jobs. I used it for hauling firewood into the house.

I believe it weighs about 37 lbs vs the RnRoller at 31 lbs.

Picked up a RockNRoller cart tonight...

The instructions say "Its recommended to lubricate axels with light grease before installing."

Grease? I don't have any grease, lol...

Exactly what kind of grease am I supposed to use? Could I use 3 in 1 oil instead? (I have plenty of that...) Probably not, lol...
