I'm playing my second of three Halloween parties tonight, all of which are fun. Tonight's party requires a costume, which in my case is my special Halloween shirt. My grandson, Luke, is dressed as Dale Earnhardt, Jr., who is one of his favorite NASCAR racers. At 65 years old, my Annie will be one of over 750 people downtown doing the Thriller thing all along Main Street Saturday night. She cut her hand making her costume, so she will be the one with the real stitches (LOL)!
The city has a large reception planned, and I'm doing the music. We are doing MJ songs and I'm looking forward to it!
Full band, including 5 horns!
I'll be my alter ego-FAUX DIDDLY, complete with pork pie hat, rectangular guitar and solid blue sport coat with black lapels, sunglasses, black pants and shoes! May even ride my 1964 Cushman scooter,(similar to the one Beau was on on a famous album cover), complete with the rectangular Gretsch slung over my back!
