Doc,
You mean if you play 3 notes that are a chord...you expect the kb to not see it as a chord?
I'm Confused...

AND..YES, the PA2XPRO does have chord latch...you can assign it to a assignable footswcth OR the Korg EC5 footswitch unit.

That may do the trick for you?

Let's say I play this

LH
C - C

RH
G - E - A

The keyboard will play a C6 chord, which is correct

But if I suddenly change my right hand like this:

RH
G - E - A => F - D - A and back again for a 16th duration. The keyboards most likely change chords. To either Dm7/C or F6/C.
I don't want them to do that.

If I split the board, the board will play a C8, and not change chords when my right hand does it's thing. I don't want this either, since the C8 lacks any chordal definition.

On the M50, it seems the bass arpeggiator is reading the root note of what I'm playing, and constantly guessing the 5th and 2nd for the bass pattern. And the other arpeggitator use a mix of all notes played, so only the notes that are held down affect the arp. Quite clever! This is almost exactly like what a band would do

Doc,
Well, here is one thing that may help!

If I remember the exact number...

Any note played more than 17 half steps away on your RH WILL NOT effect the chords on the PA2XPRO.
