It must have been very confusing in the Dark Ages. If someone said the year, 711 like seven-eleven, others must have thought about the convenience store! Maybe that's when 7-11s were invented. Their frozen burritos taste like they came from that time period.

I will say twenty-eleven. I will do it this way until the year 2020 because then people will think I'm boasting about the power of my bifocals.

1901 - Is it correct to read as Nineteen "o" 1 or Nineteen "zero" 1?

when you read 0230 - which is more appropriate - 'zero' two three 'zero', or "O" two three "O" (O pronounced 'Oh')

Depending on the answer above, what is the differece between the case where 0 is the number and O is the letter?? You decide..

Happy new year ...
