One thing to be aware of is that if you put these styles into Card memory, it is likely that the associated UPS was written for them when they were in Internal, so you'll get a 'File not found' error.
Another thing to be aware of is that, prior to OS3, the OTS settings were stored in the UPS, NOT in the style data itself. If these are older OS2 era styles, even though they are the same as new ROM styles, your E80 won't read the OTS settings. OS3 G70 styles should be no problem...
BTW, if you want to try these styles out in your Internal memory, but don't want to delete them manually, first backup your entire E80 memory to computer, load in the new styles to Internal, audition, then restore your pre-G70 style data. Voilá! Back to square one!
Most of these Internal/External UPG and Style issues are easily fixed by using the Session Manager software, which has the ability to change where a UPG looks for the style, etc..
