Please let me know if the EXP. option still available. I own an original SD1 and I would like to upgrate it to the SD1-plus Exp. if this is still possible.

I am ready to buy it now. Please let me know what do I need to do next. How can I contact you? I also need to ask you a couple of questions about my instrument. I hope when I load the EXP, a new OS will also load and corrects some problems that I now have.

A word of CAUTION concerning ordering an EXP upgrade from AJ. I'm only sending this post to this site because I can't contact you privately.

I sent AJ a cashier's check for the amount of $300 for a SD1-Plus EXP upgrade two weeks ago and have received nothing. I've been given a number of excuses and promised mailing dates but still no delivery. My last email inqiries have gone unanswered, so you can understand my concern.

I am hoping this delay is only due to a busy schedule or unforseen consequences. I only want to receive my upgrade CD in a timely manner.

I'm sure it is. I've dealt with AJ and I can attest that he is a very straight forward and honest person.

Dont be worry about EXP, I ordered from AJ in sept last year and tooks 2 weeks for delivery in Norway.So be patience, you'll have it and it worth the money!

I thank everyone for your concern and for your help. I am new in this forum and it makes me feel good to see your replies.
I was actually never concerned. I believe Mr. AJ enjoys a very good reputation. I am sure he is very busy with that new Top-of the-line arranger. I am already dreaming with one. That will be a killer keyboard. I am going to start saving since I know it won't be cheap but worth every cent.
In the meantime going back to my SD1, I still love it so I will be getting the EXP. to bring it more up-to-date, especially some new styles and sounds. I hope to get a new more expressive, deep and bright DX type electric piano sound. Any comments those of you who have the EXP?. Any comments on the EXP are welcome.

If you are interested in a voice that mimics the dx7 rhodes, send me an email to bzw@verizon.net (put SD1 in the subject line). I have a voice set up that you'll love.... but there is a bug in the Sd1 that causes you to have to slightly modify one parameter (back and forth to keep it the same, each time you use it.
However, There is also another bug; one time I was overdoing the polyphony with this voice, and the keyboard froze. So I'm afraid to use it in performance. By the way, this modification of "fm piano" has nothing to do with Exp.
