The Motif XF is still a great machine. I am interested and curious to hear the KRONOS's synth arpeggiations (bass and leads). I can instantly hear some sounds and effects that shadow over the Motif but then again I don't doubt that the Motif will still have some sounds and effects that the KRONOS cant beat. the decision between the KRONOS and Motif XF wouldprobably come down to functionality / ease of use / etc Nick _________________________ Roland G70 / Roland BK9 / Roland GW-8L / Roland Fantom O6 / Yamaha Motif XS / Technics KN6500

Or should be soon, he posted last night at Korg he was about to get on the plane in Ireland. So hopefully we should be getting some on-the-spot pics and commentary soon. Dennis
