I really love this beautiful Tyros 4 recorded 'keyboard improvisation' and accompanying video footage shot from a hot air balloon above a amusement park located in what appears to be a city in Europe. I don't know why, but the music evokes a feeling of nostalgia in me. Does anyone recognize the song, or the city where this video was shot? I suppose if no here knows, I'll contact the person who hosted the YouTube clip. Anyway, I posted the link just in case anybody else was interested in watching it:
My best guess its Tilburg overhere in Holland, its known for the biggest annuall Carnivall in Europe... To, i am not very familiar with the town itselves..
I think the music is an improvisation of a dutch folksong... Just can't remember name and artist right now...

Hi Scott. I think the guy's name at end of video (Dick Visker) has a website http://www.dickvisker.nl/pagina2.html or http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=nl&u=http://www.dickvisker.nl/pagina3.html (thats the translated-English link).
This video is one of many on his site under the YouTube link on the site. He may have some info/details about this video at the site.
Hi Scott Thanks for this. I certainly also have an affinity with Holland. Although I have many times passed Tilburg on the Highway between Rotterdam and Venlo, I don't remember seeing this wonderful part of Holland. I have just sent a message to dick Visjer to ask our question. Hopefully he can put us right.....
I just noticed that there is a foto on Dick's website showing him at the town market in Rijen.....which is the next place south of Tilburg...so the Carneval sit e in Tilburg is very likely to be there.
Wow, thanks to everyone for your imformative replies. Eddie, I’ve also posted my questions in the comments section of Dick's Youtube Video so hopefully he'll get back to us one way or the other. btw, I liked the sound of the Tyros 4 guitar on that video.

I just received this nice reply from the producer of the video:
"Thx Scottyee, this was a balloonflight we booked, an we flew over the city called Tilburg in the Netherlands. And on that day it happens t be PINK MONDAY !! People are waring extrovert clothing, mostly in pink. I wanted to add a piece of music to this movie and came up with this on my tyros4. greets Dick"
I don't know why, but the music evokes a feeling of nostalgia in me.
In addition to our appreciation of the link, I was a little fascinated by this remark of yours. Would you care to elaborate on what you mean, feel,is it about a former existence?.....now that would be a great thread to pursue.....I often have the feeling of dejavu myself and would like to know if others have this as , in my case, very often. Not to be discussed on this thread of course but maybe someone will author another thread? cheers

Eddie, thanks for picking up on that. Do you by any chance share my sentiments about the song? Either way, I do think the topic of songs bringing up feeling of 'deja vu' an interesting topic to initiate on another thread. I'll let you start it.
Whenever I play the song in the video, it stirs up emotions from somewhere deep inside but I'm still unable to identify what it is. Perhaps I heard it as a child (evoking a sense of deja vu) or possibly a past life!? No idea, but there's something about it's profound simplicity that moves me. I"m sure you guys already know how tenacious I am about figuring things out, so perhaps in time I'll discover what this is.
It would be interesting to learn what Dutch folksong this song was inspired from. Hey, maybe I was Dutch in some distant past life!
@Scott Yes of course any music can represent an event in anyone's life and to hear the music again will bring out from your memory the original event. In your case, I would suggest that you have heard it before ! Maybe when you didn't realise at the time . But it was 'background' to a nostalgic event?
