Looking for a style compatible with a Tyros 2 for the old KC and the Sunshine tune "That's the way I like it..."

Thanks!

I don't have the Songstyle for the tune, Bill, but I do use a "Session" style on my S910 called Kool Funk that works quite well for me.

Perhaps it is on your Tyros2?

Ian

Bill, I find the "70's Funk disco" in the dance section of the Tyros 2 works good for that tune.

Thanks to Eric!!!

Ian- The Kool Funk style on my T2, IMO, would really change the basic feel of the tune. I'm not sure if its the same style that you have on the s910.

Montu-The 70's funk disco in the dance section could work...Its fairly close...

Thanks, guys...

Hi Bill...Eric's style is definitely the one, especially for authenticity.

Maybe the Session Kool Funk style in my S910 differs from the one in your Tyros2? In my Repertoire for the style (on the S910's music finder) it lists That's The Way I Like It as one of several tunes that can be played...Car Wash, Get Down On It, Hollywood Swingin' are a few more.

It does allow for giving the tune my own stamp on it, but again, for pure authenticity, Eric's style is spot on.

Ian

PS...Thanks Eric.

Hey can someone attach that style to a posting here? Then it can be of use a year or later from now when someone else comes across this thread. That is the nice thing about attaching files to posts now.

Just ZIP it first as I did above on the country train style post.
