When I am looking at the Forum Subject listings - the previous screen to this one - whilst every january entry has a day date like 18th or 23rd none of the february entries have any day date just the month...strange...
Rog
p.s. Nice one T.

Roger.... If you wear glasses, maybe they need some major cleaning??? Or maybe whatever you are drinking has blurred your vision....

Please understand that I am attempting a bit of humor here boys!

BTW Nigel...To answer your question on another thread, "How do I like the new format?" Now that I am accustomed to it...(using the ubbthreads-sz) I like it really well...

Elizabeth....

Like your humour Elizabeth but on my screen there is only february month info against each subject and no day dates whereas January is fine!!!

Hi Rog

The 'day' dates are showing up on my screen, so it looks like a setting problem your end. I tried to attach a screenshot but couldn't get it to work.

That is very odd Roger. The date on the main forum page I see for the latest post on this thread ( yours ) said 02/08/11 07:14 AM I just copied and pasted it here from the main listing.

Hi Nigel,
I think this all have to do with Windows's date displaying options since Peter B is not seeing the same date as you and me, and Roger is missing part of it. It depends on how everybody's own setups are configured in the 'Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options' of the Windows control panel.
There could also be a issue between your program and which version of Windows you and Roger are using: Window Xp or Window 7 but I'm not an expert on this... just making suggestions...

Try This Rog.....

Click on your name above your picture
Click on 'View Profile'
Click on 'My Stuff' in the top menu of your profile page
Click on 'Edit Preferences' in the drop down list
Scroll down to the end of the page and try a different Time Format
I use the one 4th from the top........
Click on 'Submit' - Done........

OK - I've had a go at that Bill...like you, using the 4th one down (incidentally I didn't realise all that stuff existed for this forum database design) but it hasn't made any difference to the historic entries; maybe it will do so to any new ones, eh...
I think probably Serge has a point also about set ups in individual computers - buit I don't fancy getting in to all of that...chuckle.

I am quite a bit of fun with the setting now.
I went into the preferences and added 8 to the section below the time format and i'm showing the correct local time for my posts instead of american time. Only on a 12 hour clock though
i.e. 07.56 pm not 19.56 pm
