Well, it's been a while since I've posted, I tried to log in a few times and couldn't so I figured that Nigel cleaned out the inactive members. When I talked to my good friend Scott Yee on skype and he sent me a good link that finally worked so I thought that I would say hi to all my friends that are still here so HELLO to all that remember me, I still remember all of you...Scotty, Donny, Gary, Fran, Poz, BeBop Billy, Tyrosman and the list goes on...I'm back even if it's on a limited basis......

Hi Tony
It sure is good to hear from you again. I am in Southwest Fl and every time I see a hurrican headed your way I think of you and what you went through. I wondered why you didn't post anymore.

Hope you stick around.
Bernie

Good to see you posting again, Tony. Hope everything is OK down in sunny Mexico and with luck I may be able to sail to your back yard in 2012.

Hi Tony:

Great to see your post. I hope all is well with you and yours. I believe the last time we heard from you, Cozumel had taken a direct hit from a hurricane or two. When you have time, please give us an update. I hope the drug cartels are staying away from your area and not causing too many tourist problems in that part of Mexico.

Regards,

Dave Rice

Tony...
Watching your photo reports of the rebuilding of your restuarant was very interesting. Then we didn't hear from you and wondered what happened. Nice to see you back. Catch us up on your activities and the restaurant when you can.

Thank all of you, great to be back....it's been a rough few years to get to this point in my life and if I may, I'll bring you up to date. I will turn 71 on the 22 of this month,(thank GOD) I am still here after suffering 3 strokes in 3 1/2 years and struggling to maintain a healthy attitude about my physical short comings since the strokes... my left side is pretty much none existent, can't play any more i fact I just 2 months ago sold my tyros 2 that I bought from Don Mason.....taking about 14 pills a day for everything except Crabs and Crud rotfl
business is in the toilet because of the screwed up economy but we continue to old on...
My 15 year anniversary is tomorrow, Happy Valentines day to all...my 12 year old daughter Francesca and mt 11 year old son Anthony were both chosen to go to Mexico City to compete
national Francesca for public speaking and Anthony for math and mental calculation and I am one very proud daddy...my 2 year old Alan Dominick is starting to speak in English and Spanish....this takes away the pain of old age and diminishing ability to do half of the things I used to when I wore a younger mans clothes..wow there seems to be a song somewhere here.. anyway life goes on...I hope...well, writing this with one hand is getting tiring so I'll call it a night and continue tomorrow...thanks again for the welcome back...

Wow Tony,
this last mail of yours certainly put us in the picture about you and your condition.
I want to be the first to wish you a comfortable transition to your current health problems.
We probably all know other friends of ours who have the same unfortuate situation and know that they are coping very well .
We certainly wish you every success to re-assess yourself.

Great to hear that your children keep you proud and eager to continue your rehabilitation.

I remember I had the good fortune to see you and your family
using Skype about 4 years ago ! which was before the Hurricane and so I followed your great photo work of the progress afterwards.

I wish you every energy you will need to overcome the torments of life.

But try to keep us informed on the Forum.
We need to witness your indomitable spirit for life. clap

Tony

Great to see you back on the forum. I wanted to thank you again for sharing your time with my wife and me last year on our brief stopover in Cozumel. Hope things continue to improve for you. Sounds like those kids are doing great!

HI there Tony and Family.
It is good to hear from you once again. It sounds like things could be better but keep on keeping on and perhaps they will soon get better. The next thing after a big hill to climb is a beautiful valley of content, so just do it to it.
Hope your kids do great in the competition.
I have you on my friends list in the Face Book program but never see you posting there.
I continue to enjoy your music/vocals that I have in my recording studio.
Best regards to you and yours,
Bebop Bill

Tony, I'm sure you can get some voice recognition software to make computing a lot easier. I don't much about it, but I do know it exists.
I have a friend, Robin Vosbury, coming your way this week. He is one of the finest guitar players I've ever heard, and I've heard some good ones. I told him to look you up if he has time.

Tony,

Nice to hear from you, sorry to hear of your health issues, I wish you the best. Like Tony Mads, I have your CD on my iPod and listen every once in a while to your tunes. By the way I also enjoyed all the photos you had posted of your restaurant reconstruction. Best wishes to you and take care.

Tony I'm not here a whole lot anymore, but I remember you for sure. I wish you the best friend. My family drove up to my place in Colorado in a few days after Katrina in early September 2005. I remember when the hurricane hit you also, but I can't remember the year or name. The important thing friend is that you are here and enjoying your wonderful family. Take care.

Hi Tony - It sure is good to read your post. I hope you and the little lady have been doing well. My wife Phyllis and I were just talking about you and your restaurant as we plan a 40th anniversary cruise, but things got turned around and now we're going to Alaska instead. Still have fond memories of our meeting. Best of luck and health for you.

All of us that live on the Gulf Coast know well how close 'Paradise' sits to 'Hell on Earth', and having gone through what you have a couple of times (and Hurricane BP, too), I can only sympathize strongly with you.

I hope your area gets spared further devastation for many, many years to come, and that your remaining time there is full of joy.
