The specs for that Gator case shows 42.25" x 12" x 5.5. The Tyros 2 specs are 44.89 x 17.72 x 5.4. So, no is the correct answer. This is the Gator case that would fit, and be oversized for the T2 for $150: http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/GK76The Gator Bag GK7 Weight: 25.42 lbs!!! Bill, as you know, I have done an extensive search for a decent Tyros case. The only 2 cases I would now consider are these: Here you have a case that will weigh between fifteen and twenty pounds and is a lot more protection (either one) than a soft case. You will have to add a little to the depth to fit the T4. I think it was around twenty five dollars extra. http://cgi.ebay.com/ATA-CASE-YAMAHA-TYRO...=item19c19e914cThis one will weigh only between ten and twelve pounds. If I get this one, I plan on having the depth lessened for the extra twenty five dollars: http://cgi.ebay.com/New-TUFFBOX-Road-Cas...=item45edd5bcacI can say as a fact I spent weeks and weeks researching different cases for the Tyros and there is none out there better. This took into consideration weight, safety and price. The reason these cases are so light is because they use Luan plywood. I did see the first type case listed for nycase co locally in a band . It was lightweight and rugged. they said they would not consider getting a case from other than nycase co. If there was a better case out there that meets my desires, I'd love to know about it, but so far, notta.

Donny
From what I've heard and seen about the Gaurdian case, if the one for the 61 note kb was a tad longer and had wheels I would have one for my T2. It is supposed to weigh about 13 lbs. Is that right?
The case for the 76 would fit it seems to me, but, again way too long.
All these companies making expensive keyboards and they don't have any cases that make sense makes no sense. They are either too long, too heavy, too much money along with the the first two problems attached at the same time.
The cases I've listed, I have seen, the first one listed that is. It weighed about 15 lbs, I lifted it and one of the band members did also. We both thought it felt like about 15 lbs.
So, for extensive research, I can tell you unless something just magically appeared on the market, (don't hold your breath), the ones from nycase co is THE best deal to me for a Tyros or really any other keyboard out their. It is a no brainer.
There are some that are putting keyboards as expensive as the Tyros models in a keyboard bag, that you can roll up. In other words, no support, no protection except from getting a scratch on the finish if you bump the wall or door. I don't understand why some people gamble with these. All it would take is a little poke from something in the wrong spot and there goes your screen.

I have a 61 key that I used for my s910. I'm using the 76 key case for Tyros4. It does a great job, but it's a larger size makes it a pain in the butt to lay across the back seat of my Hyundai Sonata. I need to prop it up on the armrest to be able to close the door. Other than that it's a great case and offers plenty of protection. I did look at the Tuffbox line of cases that Scott has researched, almost bought one but just couldn't justify buying another case.
