What's the World coming to, how many more shopping days to Christmas, how much is a gallon of gas, what's the price of Gold, hell this is an arranger site not an old peoples home!
Ketron SZ is dead, think I will go and post my birthday over there, might caused a stir, it's a bit off though, or my Audya for sale. BTW our cat died last week! 1/3/2011 RIP....

As far as I know: every time you go back to a topic to read the new replies it counts as one view.
So you know how many times it has been viewed, but not by how many people. wink

Nigel,

I wouldn't have thought a young chap like you would be in on this Birthday malarkey, never mind, I suppose there’s no harm in it and it can’t go on much longer than a day or two passed the Birthday, can it?
As Diki said himself “another day older and no wiser”
As I said about the photos to Al, it depends when they were taken, how old we perceive you to be. Try advertising how old Mrs.Diki,Mrs.Nigel and Mrs Tony is and all hell will break loose.

Regards Tony.

ROTFL Tony, I was just kidding you wink , And it's a long time since anyone called me a "young chap" so I gotta thank you for that. Diki is still a couple of years younger than me. Didn't you notice my hair is completely grey. But hey isn't age all in the mind anyway? I like getting older .... it sure beats the alternative.

Good Grief, Nigel...since the photo of you isn't in color...I thought you were a blonde!

Not that there's anything wrong with that...

People can tell how old I am with the music I play, Danny Boy, Old Man River, Frieght Train, Galway Bay, they are all that old they the scanner refuses to scan them.

Well me too ... I play AC/DC songs and like me they are approaching 60 ... rock musicians get old just like everyone else. We all thought we would stay young forever ... I guess we were wrong lol wink

Hee hee...well, I plan on living forever...so far, so good!

Ian

PS...that's why I am honing the art of laziness...I don't want anything (well, almost anything) to wear out unnecessarily.

Used to be 'Live fast, die young, have a good looking corpse'... You say stuff like that when you're young...

Now it's 'Live long and prosper (and pass the Viagra!)'

Or, as Jim Morrison would say; "No One Here Gets Out Alive". But, then again, he fell under that first category, didn't he..?!

Now don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with hard work and long hours per se...IF...you don't mind relinquishing your health, your family life, the rest of your life, your spiritual evolution and you are willing to settle for a prosaic achievement .

Alas, the undisputed thinking in our culture calls laziness a devastation of your character at best and at worst it’s “Idle hands make the Devil's workshop” and those of us who practice the high art of laziness are subjected to unkind ragging and are addressed with tedious repetition that to accomplish more in life we must work harder and longer.

Not true.

Phew! That took a lot of effort writing this...time for a nap!
