And if Haiti's property were actually WORTH anything on the world market, Japan's problems might seem more to scale, as well. Thing I'm most worried for the Japanese is those nuclear reactors... You can rebuild a town, but not if the ground is glowing! _________________________ An arranger is just a tool. What matters is what you build with it..!

True, and in addition, because Japan has so heavily relied on nuclear power, their need now for oil will surge, meaning even more world competition for foreign oil of which will certainly drive oil prices even higher for everyone. Will this also bring back the moratorium on building nuclear plants?
