These updates for all the Ketron products referenced in the uk link are available on line at www.ketron.it (for free for everyone), and the AUDYA 4.2a will soon be uploaded there too.

No....Only update in Filmware, and software....
The new (UPGRATE) Styles, Audio Drums, Sounds will be soon with a cost from Ketron in a USB Stick....
This upgrate is POWER!!!!.... Exist AMAZING new Audio Drums, new Styles, Sounds.....

I guess the Roadshow update will only be to 4.1 and not 4.2A

Between AJ's new upgrade and Ketron's 4.2 update I really don't know what to expect as far as cost is concerned. I was under the impression that Ketron's is free and AJ's depends on whether it is software only or hardware too.

bernie, free is only the software 4.2, the rest (ketron styles, and sound , audio, and all AJ) must pay
usualy ketron make video online the first day. actualy nothin

AJ's AJAM comes in 3 flavors/prices

and Ketrons in 2 flavors?
1-software only, bugs etc (free)
2-pen with audio drums, guitars, styles? (at a cost $$)

Clarification posten by Darren on UK forum site:

"Some clarification over the updates offered on the 10th in the UK. Last year people brought along any Ketron gear that had OS/firmware updates that could be applied. Whilst these are freely available from www.ketron.it many people do not have the facility or inclination to do the updates themselves (particularly with SD2's or X/XD instruments without USB. So it is a service that Ketron UK provide on the Sunday of the roadshow where people can have the updates dine correctly and there is no charge for doing so. It is not possible to offer this service during the other venues.

On the 10th, if anyone has a UK purchased Audya that does not have v4.1 sound update applied they can take it along and Ketron UK will do the upgrade Free of Charge (but they have to book in advance as it takes Three and half hours)

Although the demo Audya's will have the latest version 4.2 this will not be available generally in the UK for a few weeks as they could not be shipped before Frankfurt."



i guess this means weeks AFTER Messe as far as Pen availablity with 4.2 ????
