Really. The movie is in MONO, the balance between upper and accomp is way off, the first triggering of the "Venus" sample was completely misplaced, wrong tempo, wrong timing. Well so much for "the best in AUDYA" I suppose.

Apart from all that... Come on now, the only thing I see this Georgio do in this video is ridicule real music making on a keyboard, confirming prejudice about "keyboardists pressing a few buttons and everything plays by itself". Elephant samples... Nice Casio-impression at 4'30 though.

Thanks for sharing.

Why does there appear to be an SD2 or KlaviPro on top of the Audya? Is this to supplement the on-board polyphony, or to get a better piano sound?

Sorry ... I should have explained a little better ... the "best"
was refering to features, not Sounds/Styles.

If a demonstrator choose to use Mono versus stereo samples, oh well ... at least he was able to give an idea of what you can do with an Audya with your samples be they mono or stereo - should you purchase/own one.

The whole idea of an Arranger Workstation is just that ... how you Arrange your music (be it with samples [Wav/Mp3], Backing tracks/Styles, SMF, a combination of some/all of these ...etc) is up to you - which ofcourse can be viewed by some who might not have an idea of what you are doing - as 'button pushing'. Then again, it's what makes your music unique, for the same keyboard in the hands of another, won't sound like ... you!

The Klavi Pro was used to demonstrate this instrument during a separate demo (rather than having to break it down, then set it up repeatedly).

During the AUDYA demos, no sounds from the Klavi Pro were used.
