This girl can hit those skins...reminds me of the drummer I had in my band years ago..only he used a Double bass drum. Love the holes in the cymbals also..

I wonder if she has ever recorded LIVE Drum style parts for arranger keyboard manufacturers in the studio? She sure has the talent for it Amazing!

When I first heard her I initially thought AUDYA !!

Show groups...funk...straight ahead jazz...for just about any kind of group, I prefer the best two players to be the drummer and the bass source (keyboard, electric...whatever).

That's where that great "kick in the A** comes from.

She sounds (and looks (LOL) like she could provide that necessary "kick"!

Buddy's great and I love him too, but he's a technician! Speed and flash and rudiments out the wazoo - I need that soul style groove to really touch me inside.
There are lots of drummers that I love (including Ringo), but with so many great ones to listen to, I was only moderately impressed with the girl in the original video in this thread.
As long as people are lovin' what they do .. then it's ALL Good!

It's just too repetitions for me......half a song and I turn the channel ........ good thing we have so many choices....
give me some slow 50's Doo Wop or a Broadway ballad like
"This is the Moment" & I'm a happy Camper.
