Hey, Donny, is this a prediction that something is going to happen that will make this go downhill, or is this just a wild guess on your part?

Love the camo shirt!

Also really liked the great picture of you and your wife performing, that you put up on another thread.

I thought the performance was excellent, but I've heard Joost several times playing "live" and I sort of knew the high level of playing would continue.

Tyros4 sounds superb as usual, especially in Joost's capable hands. On his latest "live" performance, he played something from every genre, and it all sounded astonishing.

Joost, congratulations, I'm glad you finally took the plunge to dive in to post it yourself this time clap Now that wasn't so hard to do, was it? wink

As I told you on Skype earlier, I really enjoyed your rendition of "If You Don't Know Me By Now" a lot. Bravo!
Wow, especially considering this was all improvised on the fly & played 'out of the box' simply utilizing a factory preset style & its associated preset OTS voices,
no tweaking of the keyboard's default settings whatsoever (global settings or otherwise).

Interestingly though, I believe your online 'live streaming' improvised performances sound significantly 'even better' yet! rocker ,
perhaps because you appear less inhibited because the keyboard's REC LIGHT isn't 'flashing'.
This is almost always an issue (at least for me) whenever I record, as there's something that psychologically inhibits my performance whenever 'I know' I'm being recorded/filmed.
On the other hand, when performing for people live, I don't experience this.
Anybody else experience similar anything like I described or care to comment?

Joost, btw, have you scheduled another LIVE 'internet streaming' keyboard performance for this Sunday?
Please post date & time because I'm sure members don't want to miss it. keys

I feel the same, a little bit of blue tack and a little paper flap will hid the LED, but don't forget its on all the time!

Nice Video smile

to JOOST or to Scott, please give us a few pointers on how you made the video, I am more interested in the sound? or both, how do you get it to sound so good? I know just plugging in through the back of the arranger is not going to give you good results?

I record the audio with the HDD recorder and combine the video and audio together in Adobe Premiere. This will guarantee me a 'fair' audio recording without any audiointerface/DAW software/cable etc. problems.
