Hi All.

It appears since T4 more players are popping up on SZ playing it and good too, the T4 has taken things by storm, not many Korgs demos , no MS obvious why not and others the Wing.
It can only be good that new and old members now feel happy about performing and posting to a very subjective and critical set of members on SZ, sometimes if you think you are much better than these who post their works it nice to have good feedback, it does not need to be smarmy. In the UK we would be nice and on not batter someone to death even if they were not up to our standard.
I think there is a sea change coming in SZ, I can see it can you, it’s about time too.

Telmo Mr.T turned SZ on it's head with the T4 and all the requests have stopped now, I would like him to play TELSTAR he will do that in a day, it's easy even I play it. I do not know if there is any empty slots to get on SZ but I would not mind moving over to let someone younger in, if that’s what it takes to have some fresh blood I like a little fun but most thread are nothing to do with KB. I remember the old days taking Diki on with my faulty Audya, it was hell for everybody who bought one but hellishly funnier for people who didn't buy one and were experts, back room lawyers. I still think SZ needs young members but I doubt it happening they cannot afford to buy the kit and it is very sad.

I think you are right, SZ needs some fresh blood, when you came in about 3 years back it was like a closed shop and anything you said which didn't fit, the roof would come in on you, not from one member but maybe 4. I remember them having a go at you about your Audya. Anyway keep up the funnies Tony

I agree with you. I believe the main idea is to be able to share and exchange musical experiences with different parts of cultures. I do enjoy receiving critical comments to help me on my musical experience.

Ha ha...Tony, you are not only talking to yourself, but answering yourself as well. Be heartened to know that's usually the prerequisite for being able to remain on SZ, and not have your feelings hurt.

And yes, you are so right about three years back...if you didn't quite agree with the three or four who assumed they were running the place, the roof was usually set to come down on you big time.

But, rest assured, that won't happen again.

There's enough fresh blood to more than even things out, and, many of us newer members (as well as a few long termers) here have noticed a big change, even in the past several months, and we are seeing more music being put up, more discussions actually relating to music and arrangers, and far less pissing contests.

It really sounds like you have a firm grasp on the lay of the land here on SZ, Tony, and let me say, I thoroughly enjoy your posts. They have great sense of insight, but are also sprinkled with unusually deep (for some people here) wit that make them a joy to read and interpret.

Finally, don't stop answering yourself, as you always manage to pose the right questions.

I don't mean to confuse you in any way, it just some of the terms I may have used you perhaps don't get, you see evn though we speak English there are slant to it. But my banter is not intended to bash someone into the ground, we don't do that UK side. However if we do because we are provoked, all hell will break lose.

For you I have a special place in my thoughts, your English is far far better than my Spanish, when I said Mr.T has turned SZ on it's head, it means that you have changed the way people perceive how people play, I don't think anyone has ever played like you on SZ and I doubt there ever will be, you are the best, your presentations are 1st class the whole package, they may well make people feel rather jealous and that’s no bad thing, there are lots of so called experts on SZ but I am afraid you blow them all away. Please please Mr. T do not stop. Now the last bit Telstar is probably not something that you would normally play but could you think about it, it was played on a CLAVOLINE this was a little KB that bolted onto the end on a piano and cost about £30.00 in the 1960 but when played by the Tornados took them to the top of the charts. Mr.T don’t ever stop posting, you should be demoing for Yamaha.

Tony, you're probably one of the smartest guys on this forum so you must know that I'm only kidding you about your sometimes wonderfully colorful (and usually amusing) expressions. In fact, I think you have a very good insight into the human condition; too bad it doesn't extend to choosing keyboards . If I had to choose one person I'd like to meet in person, you'd be right at the top, right alongside Diki. That's really very nice of you Chas, not certain I would wish to meet Diki in person especially on a dark night, he gave me a hell of a hard time when I had all the problems with the Audya, he had all the bloody answers and was in a time warp with his G70. It's not nice when you buy something, pay a lot of money and others are sat on the fence taking the pee when it goes wrong. But that’s life Chas it takes all kinds to make a World if we were all the same hell what would it be like, boring. Chas, do you know why Donny changes his photos so many times, we had a dog once that chased its tail, it never did manage to get it, it wore itself to death in the end and a big circle in the carpet. Chas please tell me you don’t have a G70.

Diki's ok. He just suffers from having spent his early life in the UK . Back when Diki was giving you a hard time with your Audya, you have to remember WE ALL DID; It was just your turn in the barrel.

You ask why Donny changes his photo so many times; it appears that from time to time he just likes to be someone else..........who can blame him .

No, I don't have a G70 although I did have a G800 and G1000. I currently have a BK7m (nearest relative) and a few other Roland products; SonicCell, Fantom G7, VP550, VP770, A70, A33, JP something or other, SC88, SC55, and a host of other antiquated 'junk' back in my storeroom. If I had an Audya, it would be back there with them .

I would rather sell my soul to the devil, anyway how can Diki be a moderator, he would ban everybody, certainly me and you, in fact if we tried to join is boys clubs he wouldn't let us. Ian that’s why there is only 3 members and thats a miracle. A moderator needs to have the patience of a saint and a special touch on things, does that sound like your best buddy. Gods, just think of it Diki moderating SZ, bye bye SZ in a nano second, welcome to never never land, just don’t mention him again and I won’t that’s a promise and if I lapse into one, you have my permission to kick my butt.
