I LOVE all of Tarantino's soundtrack selections, in fact - I bought the CD of Pulp Fiction - and it has the best quotes too! I especially love the routine at the end about why Samuel Jackson doesn't eat pork ... hilarious! "

David,

I have the DVD and CD as well...great music throughout....great movie too.

David, this one would be a good one for you to try and tackle on the Korg PA-800 ( I gather you still have the Nord)...I believe it has the same split capabilities as the Tyros4? The basic arrangement/chord prog seems simple enough. This would be a terrific instrumental dance tune.

Scott,

Thanks for putting this one up...Misirlou shows how it should be done, and is a great inspiration to all arranger players, not just Tyros4 owners.

I'd love to hear this same tune played on a Korg PA3Xpro, Ketron Audya, or even that old classic, Roland G-70.

Misirlou knows his T4 quite well indeed...it's nice to see people making the most of their arrangers.

Man, those Tyros4 guitars are soooo cool!

Alright, Scott, good one! That sounds great. If Tyros 4 had great drums, it would be incredible. It's still fab, I just wish it had Audya-like rhythm section. Man, that would be a killer combo.

Bill,

You need to play the two side by side and the drum difference ain't worth a hill of beans, good luck with your sale but Audya ain't selling secondhand unless you give them away, did you buy it new and pay new price for it. Bill, looked at ebay no bids, you need to reduce the minimum price to $2000 to get a start, you only have one day left, stopis this a free insertion. You will get wacked for the ebay charges and no sale. guitar

Bill,

The advice I gave you above is what the UK dealer said to me, there are a number of Audya for sale at the moment, I put my on eBay about 10 months back at £2300 and not one taker, it cost me £38 for the EBay advert, the UK dealer said put it on with no reserve starting at £1000, hell no that is giving it away, I paid £3200 new back 18 months back they are now £4200 in the UK. I have decided to keep the Audya and buy a double stand, I have no intention of losing so much money on the Audya. The real problem with the Audya is it is not worth the high sale price, I paid £2700 for the T4 about 3 weeks back and the Audya is not worth the massive difference, just for the difference in drums. I do hope you do sell it, best of luck Bill.

Tony,
after a while, when get used to T4 as well, (and both is set up in a dual stand so you can power up easily), which one do you think will be the most used?

Jonny,

I think the T4, much easier to get to where you want to with the songbook and the menus, the T4 styles are endless and much better than Audya, don't get me wrong the Audya has some hellish good sounds but the T4 will allways have much more going for it, Yamaha can pour money down the drain at T4 if it needed to. You only need to look at the price difference and the number of demos on Youtube to see which is TOP OF THE POPS.

Jonny I forgot which KB are you driving at the moment?

Dave,

The music here is good don't you think, "YOU RAISE ME UP" was great nay brillant on the T4, about the pig , I still love a bacon sandwich, if you take a pig out in the back yard and hose him down, he's a clean pig, it's when you let him lose the problem starts.

How you keeping Dave OK I hope.

Regards

Tony
