Hi Bernie, congratulations. Great piece of software for the job we do.
I loved my MPP, but the iPad is much easier to take around with me, and I can stand up and talk if I want to as it's light enough to hold and refer to.
I never did any conversion from MPP files preferring to work directly with the original SIBELIUS files, so I can't help you. But there are quite a few discussions threads on the MR forum you might be advised to check out.
Hi Tony, you need the screen to rotate so you can see the music in portrait as you show on the photo above. If you're having a problem the MR forum is very helpful, as is the developer himself, Marco. Again I've seen some discussions on screen rotation, though nothing on the installation changing resolution, so that would be interesting to pursue.
Best wishes

Hi Graham,
Thanks I do undestand that the screen needs to be in portrait and not landscape, all tablets do that for free without external software, my point was when you install the MR software the first thing it does is start to try and rotate the screen, that's the last thing it needs to do and only on request, when I loaded MR on it took over my pc all appeared to be Ok unitl I switched off and then in the morning when I turn the PC back on all hell broke loose the screen was locked in low res, and control panel screen res would not change it back. If I was writing the software I would load up the program and them ask " would you like to rotate your screen" if yes then proceed with he screen rotate software. I don't know if MR does a straight load to stick and then copy to tablet and then install only on the tablet, witout rotate intervention, I will email Marco tonight about it and thanks again. BTW adobe works fine on the Acer and it's free with the Acer.
Regards
Tony

Tony
I tried Adobe and, as you say, it works fine for a PDF display. I decided on MR because of half page turns, playlist, and other enhancements.
I ordered the pedal for hands free page turns.

That's why I jumped on MR for $59 and even splurged for a pedal.
However, for someone in the market for a tablet pc, you have a point.
