That's really a good point, but was that link for the zips there yesterday?
If so, I really need new glasses ... again grin

But I already have most of the styles in "non Audya format", from the time
I had the Sd1.

Cheers

Yep Jonny,

If in doubt read the instructions, or go the Specsavers

We need someone who download them, and put them all in one zip file, and upload it smile

Just use the GLOBAL DOWNLOAD link at the top of each page

Dan,

As TWD says go up to the top of the PAT file list and you will see a zip symbol it takes seconds to
download.

Leezone,

You are correct - these have been 'converted' for use in AUDYA (per demand from our customers especially those of the MS-series), but not tweeked (as is the case with the AJAMSONIC upgraded units where they utilize the new audio drums, bass and guitars and in many cases have been re-voiced all together).

Thanks,

AJ

The reason Ketron did not revoice or swap out midi guitars and drums with live loops is because the 'musicality' would have been affected. As AJ mentioned its a very common for people who have upgraded from an earlier model keyboards to still need the styles from their old instrument whilst they adjust their program. Otherwise the Audya will just gather dust until they have the chance to rework their set lists.

They have been properly converted though. Previously styles didn't function correctly if used in the native state, even on relatively recent keyboards like XD9, some styles were just wrong. But not any more:)

I am guessing that after this we will have around 800 factory styles on our Audya's!

Hi Everybody,

I downloaded several and tried them out.

NOTHING really NEW or Exciting for me. frown

I wish Ketron would would make available ongoing NEW STYLES like Yamaha does.

The Styles are what make an Arranger!!! They promote creativity and musicianship with the player.

Yamaha has some Awesome styles but unfortunately the " LIVE BAND SOUND " just is NOT there.

Ketron needs to hire someone like Robert Messier and let him put his talents to work to create us some new stuff.

I would gladly pay whatever for the cost of new arrangements. Ketron, is really missing the boat here!!!!

COME ON KETRON! Give us some NEW STUFF, not just the same old same old!

Jim

This is really an important issue. Nowadays it looks like Yamaha is the only ones who care about those things.
Sadly MidiSpot who are a one of the 3rd part providers only continue produce for Yamaha series. Too bad.
Now Korg has released the new PA3, and I'm wondering if they will start add new styles to the library.
If so, well, then it's very interesting.
I think Korg is the closest thing to Ketron regarding "live" sounding, and by read about it, maybe the one with
the best edit, create and tweak possabilities at the moment?
