hmmm, I think thatīs not that easy...
Donīt forget to remove Mega-, S.Art and S.Art2 Voices. Or better "replace" them with "normal" voices.
OK, this could be done with Jörgenīs "NoMegaInMIDI".
Then set the voices to GM or GM2 ( for instance with Heikoīs PSRUTI ).
After that extract the "Important" parts using CASM-Editor.
Now you can start editing the parts in sequencer
