Hi Carl I have used EMC Styleworks 2000 to convert a few Roland and Technics files to Ketron SD1(it doesn't have Audya) and into my Audya. Usually fairly accurate, but sometimes a wrong instrument is assigned. However, the results are never going to be as good as an authentic Audya style.
To put a converted style into Audya, you load the converted .pat style into User Styles. I usually audition the style in a pen drive and copy over if I like it.

Carl Sorry it didn't turn out. Roland and Technics styles seem to work better it seems.
Jim I am a little confused about how you can play over an MP3 recording of a style, unless you mean recording the entire song with all of the chord changes.
I would like to hear more.
