I would like to purchase a new Hard drive with USB key and the RAM expansion chip, (AJAMSONIC package), how I'm suppose to do that, and where i can get it from. I live in Australia.

Netherlandsand and are wondering about voltage ... The voltage is 110v-240v 60/50hz automatic voltage regulating so a transformer is not required. Simply use the 3 prong adaptor we've included on the power cable, plug and ... play.

I have been asking the same old question since I joined but haven't gotten an answer yet .....is there a place(dealer) in maryland that actually has floor models of the audya to try?
I am probably about 1 hour from baltimore

... you might have to give them a buzz and see. They are one of our authorized dealers in the US, so if they don't have one now, the certainly can get one.
