My friend Hank has been waiting for several months for a part to replace a faulty module on SD5. I love the products but support could certainly be better. I think the USA guys are trying. Well, so far no updates ever made downloadable for SD5. AJ mentioned months/year ago that update will come. Guess Audya took/take all possible time and energy from the Ketron staff ....
