Why doesn’t the data wheel on the Audya work both ways, it stops at the top clockwise and then again at the bottom anti clockwise, why can’t it be designed to roll all the way round, make it a lot easier and faster to use!

Why don't the lists in the menus appear in alphabetical order, like Piano Grand would be after Grand Piano, you would find them all better then.
