AJ, maybe some known problems and maybe solved in version 4.0:
- Playing the style Slow_Blues in the Rock&Roll section, Break1 seems to have problem in the end phase of the break
- If you are playing style with "Key start", the Audya starts with a high peak (just the first tick). E.g. if you use the count in, then its normal peak. I recognized it, since I modified the equalizer values (on every value of equalizer 1 +2)

Joe, if you raise EVERY band +2 isn't that the same as just turning the volume up? Or maybe not, depending on the width of the bands. Usually I boost the low, at 80, +2, and the highs, at about 8, +2. Seems to work well with the Bose PA. DonM

Don, thanks for the information. I will double check my settings and try again this evening.

Nitelife.
Changes are intentional ... together with all styles being re-balanced too.
As to playing voices to the left, you can press the LEFT buttons above the left side of the keybaord to select/adjust a voice to be used solely to the LEFT of the split point of the keyboard.

OUTPUT ASSIGN (was same 3.0) Choose preset1 and adjust; Bass 3&4 stereo OUT 1&2 DRUM adjust all drum parts to 1&2 stereo OUT1&2 all drums 1&2..save... than turn off and on audya play a style with midi drums.. ok now drums comes from 1&2 out and bass from 3&4 than play a midifile..bass from 3&4 but drums comes from 1&2.. go back to output assign.. choose out 1&2 everything seems ok (like you saved) re adjust all drums to 1&2 stereo..then play a midi...now everything ok....
MISSING VOICES from gitar menu Pop_Lead and Ac_Nylon2 Smooth_Country voices are missing...
CUSTOM DRUM SET You can not create a drum set using ROM drum kits with MSP
MIDIFILE PLAYER After a few midi file played (10 -15) some midi channel start to wrong play

For AJ:
I purchased my Audya from Frank in June 2009. A few months later I started to have audio out problems. Left channel out sometimes was missing after boot up, or both channels weak or distorted. Sometimes both channels would be there at boot up but during the night of playing the left would drop out or both would crackle and distort. I could bump the keyboard while playing and the audio would sometimes come back.
Frank had CMC send me a new sound board which I installed yesterday. ( Code 31PB414A ) Upon opening the case, I discovered only 2 screws were holding in the sound board and they were both a little loose! Certainly that was part of the problem!
I installed the new board and loaded the two files needed for the new installation. I rebooted the keyboard and all was OK.
Last night I set up at the club I play at and when I booted up the Audya the left channel was MISSING AGAIN! I rebooted again and both channels were there and the keyboard played fine all night.?
Obviously there is still a problem! Right at the end of the boot up, a screen appears briefly that says loading audio resources.
Is the left channel glitch occurring right at this point? I hate to have to continue to reboot the keyboard because turning it on and off sometimes several times can't be good for it!
PLEASE ADVISE and give me your thoughts on this problem. I play professionally 6 nights a week so the Audya is getting a good work out!
I absolutely LOVE this keyboard but have become very frustrated with the audio out problems.
I thought the NEW Sound Board was going to be the answer to my problems! Apparently not!
