Can the instrument sounds be EQ’d on a KMA? The piano is too bright for my taste. Can the reverb for the piano be adjusted?

I haven't used my PA50 since I got the PA500 in 2010. So this is the best I can do from reading the manual. The KMA & PA50 don't have the EQ features of the 500 and 800

reverb: KMA manual pg 43, "PAGE 3 - MIXER: FX SEND" Internal FX processor C for Realtime tracks

indvidual program reverb: KMA manual pg 122, "PAGE 19 - EFFECTS"

piano program tone:

KMA manual pg 112, "PAGE 8 - FILTER MODULATION" These settings let you apply modulation to the cutoff frequency of the filter for the selected oscillator to modify the tone.

KMA manual pg 112, "PAGE 7 - FILTER" adjust resonance A to soften the tone

The only way you can alter the EQ settings is as mentioned by Duane, altering the settings in the FILTER, as the Micro has no EQ settings the way the PA800 has. In my software for the Micro , which you have received, I have altered virtually all of the filter settings particularly for the right hand sounds, but also for drums etc. Once you get going you might get an idea of the time and effort it cost me to get what you have got !!!

Duane, Thank you for taking time to help it is much appreciated; and your knowledge of Korg is good. Thank you again.

John, whenever I get going on this little machine I do reflect on your work. Your work becomes more valuable to me as I learn more about the keyboard. And yes I am aware of the time and effort put into your work. Not everyone has what it takes to push those little buttons for hours at a time.

I did not do much sound editing in the past I felt the Pros did by far a better job. However I did use easy editing on the kn7000 and I generally I got what I wanted.

After getting into the KMA manual reading about FILTER MODULATION and OSCILLATOR to modify the tone I decided pay, borrow or steal sounds rather than spending the time to improve a piano sound; even though it is one of my favorite instruments.

I love playing and creating good music it’s my joy –soooo if anyone has a good piano sound; and I know that’s subjective, please send.

John has sent me a large bundle of goodies -- I’ll start my search there.
